Open Carry Class

I had the first part of my open carry class yesterday and it was a really good class. Steve Reed was the teacher and he made it interesting. It was an 8 hour class and I thought it might be one of the longest days ever but it was a lot of fun.

The class portion was about the fundamentals of handguns and it touched on local and state laws. Next Saturday is the range portion and I need to shoot a 375/500 with 50 rounds. I plan to go to the range a lot this week so I can pass it with no problems. If I pass, the concealed carry class starts on August 18th.
